  1. Hi Julia - thank you for visiting me - it's nice to 'meet you'! I love the blanket on this post - looks really colourful and cuddly. Your garden's certainly looking lovely too. I've not got much in the way of veg sadly, but I've got four blackcurrant bushes, which are looking really great at the moment - am hoping I might even get enough off them to make something this year! Gooseberries are one of my absolute favourite fruit - gooseberry fool is really yum.

    {btw the cactus fabric you asked about, it's a Japanese fabric i got from an on-line store called 'kitty-craft' a few years ago, i think the shop has long gone, but you might be able to track something similar on etsy?}

  5. Thanks all for the comments on the blanket. It usually lives on my daughter's bed, but they managed to grab it and make a den with it before I could see what they were doing. Luckily the den is held up with cushions instead of hooking the blanket over the back of dining chairs - shudder!
